MySOS is a platform designed for connecting users to daily needs services. We are committed to protecting children from abuse, exploitation, and harm. Our platform strictly prohibits any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children. We comply with the Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy and relevant Cambodia and international child protection laws. Our platform enforces strict safeguards to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Users can report unsafe behavior or inappropriate content involving children directly within the app or by contacting our Child Safety Team. We provide three reporting mechanisms:
The MySOS platform provides a “Report” feature on all user-generated content. This allows users to quickly flag any content that may involve child exploitation or abuse through a specific Child Safety Violations option.
Users can also report issues by sending a direct email to csmt@mysosgroup.com. All reports are reviewed promptly by our dedicated moderation team.
We use a combination of measures to identify and remove harmful content, including monitoring user-generated content, removing inappropriate posts, and blocking users who violate safety policies.
If we detect behavior related to child exploitation or abuse, we will immediately remove the content, terminate the account, and report the incident to relevant law enforcement and child protection organizations.
Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent. If we discover a policy violation, the account and associated data will be removed.
